At Content School, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs for aspiring content creators. Whether you’re enrolling in cinematography courses, content creation courses, or photography classes in Delhi, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it difficult for students to continue their course. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide an option to transfer students to a future batch under specific conditions.
1. No Refund Policy
- Once a student has enrolled in a course, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Fees paid for registration, admission, or course materials for photography courses in Delhi, influencer marketing courses, or any other program are non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual.
- If a student voluntarily discontinues the course for personal reasons, they will not be eligible for any refund or fee adjustment.
2. Batch Transfer Policy
Students who are unable to continue their current batch may request a one-time transfer to a future batch.
2.1 Eligibility for Batch Transfer
- A student may apply for a batch transfer if they face medical emergencies (with valid documentation), including:
- Hospitalization due to an accident or surgery
- Chronic illness flare-ups that require prolonged medical attention
- Mental health crises that impact learning ability (with medical proof)
- Any medical condition resulting in the inability to attend photography certification courses or any other enrolled program for an extended period
- They have other genuine reasons for Unexpected Personal Situations, subject to institute approval, such as:
- Death of an immediate family member (parent, spouse, sibling, or child)
- Relocation due to unavoidable family or work commitments
2.2 Conditions for Batch Transfer
- A batch transfer request must be submitted 30 days before the course start date.
- Transfer is subject to seat availability in the next batch.
- A batch transfer fee applies if the request is submitted within 30 days before the course start date, with the amount varying based on the remaining duration.
- Students can only transfer to one future batch; multiple transfers are not allowed.
- If the course format, syllabus, or pricing changes for cinematography courses or other programs, students may need to pay the difference in fees.
3. How to Request a Batch Transfer
- Submit a written request via email with your reason for transfer and supporting documents (if applicable).
- The institute will review the request within 7 business days.
- If approved, the student will be notified of the next available batch and any applicable transfer fees.
